Understanding the 'do's and 'don'ts' is vital for a thriving community on Pulse.
Service availability: Pulse is currently in Alpha/Beta. You acknowledge that "glitches in the pulse" such as downtime or data loss may occur. We are not liable for lost $HEARTZ due to user-side security breaches (e.g., losing your passkeys). Please secure your accounts diligently.
Conduct & intent: Users found "gaming the vibe" (e.g., posting hype content in zen feeds to farm engagement) may have their visibility throttled or their account suspended. We encourage authentic interaction.
Financial clarity & platform limitations
Transparency in financial matters and clear limitations protect everyone on Pulse.
Financial disclosures: Pulse is a social platform, not a financial exchange. All "withdrawals" are processed through third-party regulated partners like Stripe Connect. You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on your $HEARTZ earnings in your local jurisdiction.
Limitation of liability: In no event shall Pulse be liable for more than the total fees paid by the user to the platform in the preceding 6 months.
Your creations, your ownership
At Pulse, we champion creator rights. You retain all copyright and intellectual property rights to everything you post. By sharing on Pulse, you simply grant us permission to display your work to the community, enabling you to earn $HEARTZ. If you delete your post, our permission to show it vanishes, too. Your art, your rules.
License to content: You grant Pulse a non-exclusive, spatial license to track, tag, and overlay "hotspots" on your content. You retain 100% ownership of the base media.
Understanding the $HEARTZ ecosystem
The $HEARTZ token is integral to the Pulse experience and empowers its community.
The $HEARTZ ecosystem: You acknowledge that $HEARTZ is a utility token used for platform access, governance, and engagement. It is not an investment product, and Pulse makes no guarantees regarding its future market value.
Payout terms: Withdrawals are subject to a 24-hour "vibe-check" (security hold) to prevent fraudulent engagement. Pulse reserves the right to claw back $HEARTZ earned through "bot-hype" (automated views).
Revenue share: Hotspot sales are split, for example, 85% to the creator and 15% to Pulse. Fees are deducted at the point of conversion from $HEARTZ to fiat.
